Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
250 grams Spaghetti Pasta You can also use different types of pasta
240 grams canned Luncheon Meat 1 inch cubes / you can also use minced bacon
156 grams drained Canned Mushrooms
370 ml Evaporated Creamer Or evaporated milk
1/4 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Iodized Salt or to taste
2 tablespoons Butter
1 tablespoon Flour

      How to Prepare Meaty Carbonara Pasta Recipe

      (usually takes around 5 mins to prepare)

      1. Simply Dice Canned Luncheon Meat. 1 inch.
      2. Separate all ingredients such as Mushrooms, Salt, and Flour (ready to add into the saucepan)

      Cook pasta based on manufacturer instructions.

      Pre-heat your saucepan for 2 minutes with olive oil. Then add the cubed Lunceon Meat, cook for 6 minutes or until brown. Mix in between minutes to cook all sides.

      (If you used bacon, you wont need oil, just throw in the bacon until browned)

      Add Butter, Mushrooms, then Flour, cook for around 2 minutes.

      Add the can of Evaporate Creamer or Evaporated Milk. Then stir until the sauce thickens. (3 to 5 mins)

      Note: I prefer evaporated creamer. But when you use evaporated milk it will taste a somewhat cheesier.

      Season with Salt and Pepper to taste. Serve with Parsley or Parmesan Cheese!
