3 Bundles Bok Choy Chopped
1/4 Kilograms Ground Pork
1 Medium Sized Onion Red or Yellow Minced
2 Cloves Garlic Minced
1 Large Potatoes Cubed
1 Cups Water
2 tablespoons Fish Sauce
1/8 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper to taste
1/4 teaspoon Iodized Salt to taste

      Boil ground pork with 1/4 cup of water until water has evaporated (high heat).

      Turn down to medium heat. Add garlic and onion then Stir Fry until Pork is light brown.

      Add the cubed potatoes and stir fry again fro around 2 mins.

      Add 1 cup of water then cover the lid. Let it boil until the potatos are soft enough.

      Add the Bok Choy, Fish Sauce, then mix.

      Add Salt and Pepper to taste mix again. Then serve while hot.
