    Stir fry vegetable recipe is a colorful and nutritious dish that is quick and easy to prepare. This easy to cook recipe involves sauteing a variety of fresh vegetables, such as cabbage, broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower, in a hot wok with a small amount of oil.

    The vegetables are cooked over high heat for a short period of time, resulting in a slightly crispy texture that retains the natural sweetness and crunch of the vegetables. The dish is often seasoned with garlic, soy sauce, and other spices to add depth and flavor to the mix.

    How to prepare Stir Fry Vegetable Recipe

    1. Cut Cauliflower into florets
    2. Cut Broccoli into florets
    3. Chop Broccoli Stalk horizontally
    4. Chop Carrots into Strips or Circles. Baby carrots also recommended.
    5. Chop half a Cabbage – your preferred size
    6. Mince Garlic

    With its vibrant colors, delicious flavors, and quick preparation time, stir fry vegetables are a popular choice for busy weeknights or as a healthy addition to any meal.



    First you need to blanch the vegetables that takes more time to cook. Add a tablespoon of oil and a tablespoon of salt to your pot filled with 1.5 to 2 liters of water.

    Once you bring your pot to a boil.
    Add the following in order 10 seconds interval:
    1. Carrot
    2. chopped Broccoli Stalks
    3. Cauliflower florets
    4. Broccoli florets.

    Let it boil for 2 minutes. Then Drain and set aside.


    Get your wok and pre-heat 2 tablespoons of oil.
    Add in the garlic until slightly cooked.
    Add the chopped cabbage and stirfry for 1 minute.


    Add in the mixed vegetables you've previously blanched. Stirfry for another minute.


    Add in the following:
    1. Soy sauce.
    2. Water.
    3. Pepper.
    4. Salt.

    Then mix evenly for 2 minutes.


    Ready to serve!
