Ingredients
-
1/2 Kg Pork Meat
-
1/2 of medium size Squash
-
1/2 cup String beans
-
2 Cups Coconut MilkYou can also use 1 1/2 pack of Knorr ginataang gulay Powder
-
4 Cloves - Minced Garlic
-
1 - Sliced Onion
-
2 Tablespoon Coconut oil
-
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
-
To taste Iodized Salt
-
1 - 2 Teaspoon Shrimp paste
Directions
My husband loves it’s creaminess so sometimes I overcook the squash on purpose, and if you love spicy version of this, feel free to add sili! But what I did is, I chose the spicy variant of shrimp paste so it’s not going to be too spicy but still has that kick.
Enjoy cooking!!
